This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Adwix Media Prop.'s Platform at app.adwixmedia.com. It defines what constitutes acceptable and prohibited use of our WhatsApp messaging services. By using our Platform you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.
⚠️ As a Meta Tech Provider, we are required to enforce these rules. Violations of this AUP or Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund and reporting to Meta.

- Bulk messaging without opt-in

- Hate speech or harassment
- Phishing or fraud schemes
- Illegal products/services
- Cryptocurrency promotion
- Gambling content
- MLM / pyramid schemes
- Political campaigning
WhatsApp Opt-In Requirements
This is the most important rule. WhatsApp requires explicit opt-in before you can message anyone.
Valid Opt-In Must Include:
- A clear statement that the user is consenting to receive WhatsApp messages from your business specifically
- Your business name clearly stated
- The types of messages they will receive
- A simple way to opt out at any time
Valid Opt-In Channels:
- Website checkbox or form (not pre-ticked)
- WhatsApp-initiated conversations (user messages you first)
- In-store paper forms or digital kiosks
- Phone/IVR with clear verbal consent
❌ Never valid: Purchased contact lists, scraped phone numbers, verbal consent without documentation, or assumed consent from other communication channels (email, SMS opt-in does NOT apply to WhatsApp).
Prohibited Content Categories
The following content categories are strictly prohibited regardless of recipient consent:
Illegal & Harmful Content
- Content promoting or facilitating illegal activity under Indian law or the recipient's local law
- Counterfeit goods, fake documents, or unauthorized financial services
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
- Human trafficking or exploitation
Financial & Investment Content
- Unsolicited investment advice or stock tips
- Cryptocurrency trading signals or ICO promotions
- Get-rich-quick schemes or guaranteed returns
- Loan sharking or predatory lending
- Unauthorized financial services not regulated by RBI/SEBI
Health & Medical Content
- Unverified medical treatments or cures
- Sale of prescription drugs without proper licensing
- False health claims violating FSSAI or drug regulations
Gambling & Adult Content
- Online gambling promotions (where not legally permitted)
- Explicit sexual content or adult services
- Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
⚠️ Tobacco & Alcohol: Promotion of tobacco products and alcohol via WhatsApp is prohibited under WhatsApp's policies regardless of legal status in your region.
Messaging Volume & Spam Prevention
- Do not send the same message to the same contact repeatedly in a short time period
- Honor opt-out requests within 24 hours — remove opted-out contacts from all future broadcasts
- Maintain a healthy message quality rating on your WhatsApp Business Account
- Do not use our broadcast feature to send promotional messages to contacts who have not opted in to marketing communications
- Template messages must only be used for their approved category (utility, marketing, authentication)
✅ Best practice: Send messages only between 9 AM – 8 PM in your recipient's local time zone. Respect opt-out requests immediately and keep a clean, consented contact list.
Platform Security Rules
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our platform software
- Do not use automated scripts, bots, or tools to abuse our API beyond normal usage
- Do not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription limits through multiple accounts
- Report security vulnerabilities responsibly to connect@adwixmedia.com rather than exploiting them
Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in the following actions depending on severity:

🚫 Zero-tolerance violations resulting in immediate termination without warning: child exploitation content, human trafficking, terrorism, and coordinated fraud.

If you become aware of another user violating this AUP, or if you suspect your account has been compromised and used to send prohibited content, please report it immediately:
